

Today I show that I had on dinner. Sour-sweet vegetables (Khaty-mytkhy sabdji ) . Muffins with cheese and dill.
How to make Khaty-mytkhy sabdji :
*to boil carrot in whey with spices (Asafoetida, Koriander)
*fry courgette and parsnip root (nearly 7 min)
*add carrot with whey, add potato (boil nearly 10 min)
* add tomatos and fryed paneer (boil nearly 10 min)
