Day 58

We are gradually moving in the winter - autumn diet. Today was porridge with raisins and poppy seeds. And fried bananas. Mmmm .. a tasty without a gram of sugar!
How do?
Clean 2 medium bananas, ripened a little better. (Will you take ripe, get a sweet sap, like me on a silver platter:) Cut to small slices.
Pour a small amount of oil in a frying pan, stir-fried bananas. At the end sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped walnuts. The whole process takes no more than 7-10 minutes:)
