Today I cooked "Pilau with dried plums."

* Chop the onion. Fry it.
* Add finely chopped walnuts, prunes and spices (Zira, turmeric)
Fry until golden brown.
* Add the washed rice. Fill with water (level of a finger above the rice) and add solt.
* Cook under closed lid.

From the windows of my new apartment in the morning can see delightful dawn.
