Day 52

Usual, fryed courgette looks so boring and casual. Today I tryed to prepare " colorful courgette" . This simple dish is striking for its taste and above all, stunning colors, like a piece of bright, spring meadows stretched on your plate.
You needs violet onion, carrot and courgette (zucchini). Chop and fry, add a couple of carrots.Fry nearly 4 minutes. Then add chopped on a grater (for carrots on - Korean) 2 zucchini. Add solt, black pepper, cover with a lid and stew about 10 minutes, do not forget to stir.Bon Appetit! :)
