Day 111

I bought a very good mix of frozen vegetables - corn, peas, green beans, sweet peppers and some carrots.
Now, very often cook quick rice with vegetables:)
Wash rice, put it boil. At this time, roasting spices (this time was the curry - masala), add the vegetables. Roasting until tender. Rice and vegetables will be ready about the same time. Add the rice to the vegetables, salt. Mix and you can eat.
For all takes no more than 20 minutes.
