Day 182. Halawa

Yesterday my friend Denis shared his recipe Halawa.
Just to say first that I did not have all the components, which require the original recipe:(But still it came out very tasty.
Original recipe Denis Plekhanov
(proportion of mine, have been tested for mein preferences)
1 glass semolina
1 / 2 glass oatmeal
1 / 2 small can of condensed milk (who do not consume milk, this item can be replaced by soy milk and 2 / 4 glass sugar. Or does so without milk, on the final taste is not affected much)
2 handfuls of raisins
peeled sunflower seeds, prunes, sesame and coconut
2-2,5 glass hot water
cinnamon, vanilla
75 -100 grams of butter (for those who do not consume milk products, I can tell - on my own experience, that you can do and the well-purified vegetable oil)

Sinking butter. Add sesame, sunflower seeds, coconut, semolina and oats. Fried to until semolina does not acquire a golden color (about 10-15 minutes).
At this time, dilute condensed milk with hot water, add the raisins, prunes (this time I did without it), spices.
When the mixture in the pan has acquired the desired color, slowly pouring the hot liquid. The fire did not switch off until all the liquid has not evaporated.
Bon Appetit!:)
