We are not prepare homemade cakes for long time :)
So I decided to bake something delicious A cake with pears:)
100 g butter
3 / 4 glass sugar
1 teaspoons leaven
5 tablespoons sour cream (can, in principle, and without it)
2 glass flour
0.5 glass semolina
frozen pear approximately 1.5 glass
Water from the pears do not merge.

Melt butter on low heat, add sugar, then leaven and sour cream. Mix well. Then consistently add pears, flour and semolina. I also added vanilla:)
Mixing the dough a little thicker cream. Fill in the form and bake about 45 minutes
