Day 90

Today I cooked burgers from chick peas.
So, the recipe (just as always;))
* Soak chickpeas overnight.
In the morning, as soon woke up, put it boil. By the time it would take 30 minutes. Cook until soft. Boiled, the water does not merge.
* Chops peas, along with a little water to the mash of state in a blender.
* Add: salt, coriander, turmeric and asafoetida (a spice with onion - garlic flavor). You can add garlic.
* Then add the flour. I'm more of a potato. Make a sticky dough.
* We place a spoon, press down on top, forming a "burgers". Fry with 2 sides. Preferably unrefined oil.

In the photo, next to the chops, pasta with herbs and tomato sauce.
